Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup minced garlic

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated in the marinade.

Allow the wings to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavor).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking and glazing.

For extra gloss, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.

Remove the wings from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
