Ingredients

1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, sliced thinly

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked brown rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in minced garlic and let it sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss everything together until evenly coated.

Serve the stir-fry hot over brown rice or quinoa.
