Ingredients
  

1 pound ground sausage

6 large eggs

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slices of bread, cut into cubes

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled; drain excess fat.

      In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

        Add the sausage and bread cubes to the egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.

          Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden.

              Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.
