Ingredients
  

8 oz. rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, diced

1 cup bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, or green)

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ cup sliced olives (black or green)

1 cup salami, diced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

½ cup pepperoncini, sliced

1 cup Italian dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, olives, salami, mozzarella, and pepperoncini.

      Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad mixture and toss gently to combine.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the dressing if needed.

          Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
