Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 medium cucumber, finely diced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Mixed greens for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, diced cucumber, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki sauce.

    Fold in the shredded chicken to coat evenly with the tzatziki mixture.
