Ingredients
  

1. 200g pasta (your choice, like penne or fusilli)

2. 200g feta cheese block

3. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4. 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)

5. 1 zucchini, sliced

6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

7. 2 tablespoons olive oil

8. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

9. Salt and pepper to taste

10. Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

    In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic.

      Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and toss well.

        Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the vegetable mixture.

          Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and feta is golden.

            Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

              Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and stir everything together, breaking up the feta.

                Mix the baked mixture with the cooked pasta until well combined.

                  Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
