Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to create a marinade.

Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring that all pieces are thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for extra flavor).

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
