Ingredients
  

2 cups of pineapple chunks

1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

Skewers (wooden or metal)

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

    Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for stronger flavor).

      Prepare the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.

        Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.

          Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

            Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
