1 ripe pineapple

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon melted butter

Optional: Honey for drizzling, mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple, then slice the sides to remove the skin.

Cut the pineapple into rings or wedges, depending on your preference.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Brush the pineapple slices with melted butter, then sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over both sides.

Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until you see grill marks and the fruit is tender.

Remove the pineapple from the grill and let it cool slightly.

Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
