Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
 

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

    Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, ensuring the chicken is well coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

        Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.

          Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice grill mark.

            Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
