Ingredients
  

1 lb chicken breast, diced

1 lb gnocchi

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

      Stir in the gnocchi, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

        Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

          Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce thickens slightly.

            Finish with fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
