Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Steak: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the steak cubes and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, and in the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine: Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
