Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti or your pasta of choice

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, roughly chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the sausage: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside with sausage.

Combine with vegetables: In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring it all together: Return the sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Add the drained pasta and toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
