1 cup cottage cheese

3 large eggs

¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.

      In a separate bowl, beat the cream of tartar with the eggs until stiff peaks form.

        Gently fold the egg mixture into the cottage cheese mixture.

          If desired, stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

            Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in rounds.

              Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown and set.

                Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
