Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Cooking spray

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together water, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Pipe small bite-sized portions of dough into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.

Lightly spray the churro bites with cooking spray.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.

In a bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for coating.

Once churro bites are cooked, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while they are still warm.

                      Serve immediately and enjoy!
