Ingredients
  

1. 2 cups rolled oats

2. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

3. 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter

4. 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts) – chopped

5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped nuts.

      In a small saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup) and almond (or peanut) butter over low heat until melted and combined.

        Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

          Pour the mixture over the oat and nut combination. Mix until everything is well-coated.

            Spread the granola evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

              Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

                Let it cool completely before breaking it into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
