Ingredients
  

1. Fruit Punch Splash

2 cups of orange juice

1 cup of pineapple juice

1 cup of cranberry juice

1/2 cup of grenadine

Fresh fruit slices (like oranges, lemons, and strawberries)

2. Berry Blast Smoothie

1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana

1 cup of yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup of milk or almond milk

Honey to taste

3. Tropical Coconut Cooler

1 can of coconut water

1 cup of diced mango

1/2 cup of lime juice

Fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

4. Chocolate Banana Milkshake

2 ripe bananas

2 cups of milk or almond milk

3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup

Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

For the Fruit Punch Splash:

    - In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and grenadine.

      - Stir well to mix.

        - Add fresh fruit slices for decoration. Serve chilled.

          For the Berry Blast Smoothie:

            - In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, yogurt, and milk.

              - Blend until smooth.

                - Taste and add honey if desired. Serve in tall glasses with a berry on top.

                  For the Tropical Coconut Cooler:

                    - In a blender, combine the coconut water, diced mango, lime juice, and mint leaves.

                      - Blend until smooth.

                        - Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with mint.

                          For the Chocolate Banana Milkshake:

                            - In a blender, add the bananas, milk, and chocolate syrup.

                              - Blend until creamy.

                                - Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream if desired.
