Ingredients
  

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Burger buns

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the chicken.

      Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into burger patties.

        Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.

          Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the patties are golden brown.

            Serve on toasted burger buns with your choice of toppings such as lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
