Ingredients

1 package of store-bought angel food cake (or homemade)

--

Instructions

Prepare the Angel Food Cake: If using a store-bought cake, slice it into small cubes. If homemade, let it cool before cutting into cubes.

Sweeten the Fruit: In a medium bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with sugar (if desired) and set aside for about 10 minutes to bring out their juices.

Layer the Ingredients: In a clear trifle dish or individual cups, start with a layer of angel food cake cubes. Follow this with a layer of vanilla pudding, then add a layer of whipped cream.

Add the Fruit: Next, add a layer of sweetened strawberries and a layer of blueberries. Repeat the layering process until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.

Garnish: Decorate the top layer of whipped cream with a few fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mint leaves.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the trifle for at least 1 hour before serving, allowing the layers to meld together.
