Ingredients
  

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 tostada shells

1 ripe avocado (for guacamole)

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 lime (for juice)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

      While the shrimp cook, mash the avocado in a separate bowl and mix in lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro to make guacamole.

        For fresh salsa, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro in another bowl.

          Assemble each tostada by layering guacamole, cooked shrimp, and topping with fresh salsa.
