4 cups fresh peaches, sliced

2 cups fresh raspberries

1 cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches and raspberries with 1/2 cup of sugar. Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish.

      In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.

        Pour the batter over the fruit mixture. Do not stir.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
