Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup whipped cream

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for topping

Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Layer the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a rectangular dish.

Slice the bananas and layer them evenly on top of the graham cracker mixture.

Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.

Pour half of the chocolate syrup over the pineapple layer.

Spread the whipped cream over the chocolate syrup layer.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: graham cracker mixture, bananas, pineapple, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.

Finish with a generous topping of whipped cream, sprinkles, walnuts (if using), and maraschino cherries.

Cover your cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
