Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 box (12 oz) of Nilla wafers or graham crackers

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)

1 cup strawberries (sliced)

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in powdered sugar while continuing to whip until it reaches stiff peaks.

In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, create the first layer with a layer of Nilla wafers or graham crackers.

Slice bananas and layer them over the first layer of wafers/cookies.

Spread half of the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture over the bananas evenly.

Add a layer of pineapple chunks followed by another layer of wafers/cookies.

Repeat the process with another layer of sliced bananas, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and top with sliced strawberries.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Before serving, top with maraschino cherries and an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup.
