1 package (12 oz) graham crackers

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup lemon curd

2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons sugar

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Base: Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit the bottom.

    Mix the Filling: In a bowl, gently fold together the whipped cream, lemon curd, and lemon zest until well combined.
