Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

      Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Ensure they are well seasoned on all sides.

        On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the marinated chicken breasts in the center.

          In the same bowl, toss the zucchini slices with any remaining marinade. Spread the zucchini around the chicken on the baking sheet.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C) and the zucchini is tender.

              Optional: For a golden finish, you can broil the dish for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil, if desired.

                  Serve with lemon wedges for a refreshing kick.
