Ingredients

6 large croissants, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup fresh orange juice

Zest of 1 orange

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for serving)

Optional: fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, orange juice, zest, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.

Place the croissant pieces in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces, making sure they are well-soaked.

Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh berries.
