Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alternative)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

4 large tortilla wraps

Lettuce leaves for freshness

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil for grilling

Instructions
 

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Once cooked, stir in the diced onions and cook until softened.

      Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.

        Lay out the tortilla wraps and spread a layer of ketchup and mustard on each.

          Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla, followed by a portion of the cheeseburger mixture.

            Top with diced pickles and fold the tortilla tightly around the filling.

              Heat a pan or griddle with a little cooking oil. Grill the wraps on medium heat, seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.

                Flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

                  Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with extra sauces if desired.
