1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.

      Add the sugar and mix until well combined, then blend in the eggs one at a time.

        Stir in the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until smooth.

          In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

            Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

              Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to overmix.

                Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

                  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                    Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
