Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)

1/2 cup chopped onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro

Instructions
 

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.

    Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and taco seasoning on top of the chicken.

      Pour in the chicken broth and gently stir to combine.

        Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place it on top of the mixture (do not stir).

          Cover with the crockpot lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

            When cooking time is up, shred the chicken with two forks and stir the cream cheese into the chili until fully melted and combined.

              Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                Serve hot, and top with your favorite toppings!
