Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.

In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.

Serve the BBQ chicken on buns, over rice, or with your favorite sides. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
