Ingredients
  

1 pound roast pork, diced

2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

20 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine diced roast pork, coleslaw mix, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

    Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing toward you.

      Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the corner closest to you.

        Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll tightly to enclose the filling.

          Seal the top edge with a dab of water.

            Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

              Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

                Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
