4 medium-sized russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes. Cut them into wedges, keeping the skin on for added texture.

    Soak in Water: Place the potato wedges in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. This will help achieve crispiness.

      Drain and Dry: Drain the wedges and pat them dry with a clean towel. Ensure they are as dry as possible.

        Season: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add the potato wedges and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

          Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.

            Cook: Air fry the wedges for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crisp.

              Garnish & Serve: Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
