Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.

Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese while stirring, until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.

Mix the cooked fettuccine into the sauce, ensuring that the pasta is well coated.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
