8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until mixed well. Bring to a simmer.

Add the sweet corn and cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Mix until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
