4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat. Carefully pull the meat out slightly and lay it on top of the shell.

      In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

        Stir in paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

          Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails, ensuring the meat is well covered.

            Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

              Once cooked, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the tails and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
