Ingredients
  

9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup spinach or sautéed mushrooms (optional)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.

      In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

        Spread a layer of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

          Layer three lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.

            Add another layer of the chicken mixture and then three more noodles.

              Repeat with the remaining ricotta and mozzarella cheese, then top with the remaining chicken mixture.

                Place the last three noodles on top and spread any leftover Alfredo sauce over them.

                  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and extra mozzarella cheese if desired.

                    Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

                      Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
