Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey

2 cups stuffing mix

1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup onion, finely diced

1/2 cup celery, diced

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chopped cranberries, diced onion, diced celery, sage, thyme, parsley, beaten eggs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

      Mix all ingredients until well combined.

        Form the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are cooked through and golden brown.

            Serve warm as a delightful side dish or appetizer!
