2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

      Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

        Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon to form a chip shape.

          Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

            Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, if desired.
