Ingredients

2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or mango)

1 cup coconut milk or yogurt

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional: edible glitter or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.

In a blender, combine fresh fruit, coconut milk or yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon or lime juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert sticks into the molds, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Serve with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of edible glitter or sprinkles for a fun touch!
