Instructions

Prepare the potatoes:

    - Add the cubed potatoes and minced garlic to a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

      - Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the heavy cream and butter. Mash until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.

        Prepare the lobster tails:

          - Preheat the grill or broiler. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, exposing the meat.

            - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.

              - Place the lobster tails on the grill or under the broiler and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.

                Cook the steak:

                  - While the lobster is cooking, season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper.

                    - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time for your desired doneness.

                      - Add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary to the skillet in the last few minutes of cooking. Baste the steaks with the melted butter for extra flavor.

                        - Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice if desired.

                          Prepare the salad:

                            - In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving and toss gently to combine.

                              Serve:

                                - On each plate, serve a portion of garlic mashed potatoes, a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, and a lobster tail. Garnish the lobster with freshly chopped parsley. Add a side of the mixed salad to complete the meal.
