Ingredients
  

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup buttermilk

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting, chocolate ganache for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

      In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk. Mix until smooth.

        Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

          Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

            Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

              Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

                Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate ganache if desired.
