Instructions

Prepare the Cake:

    - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

      - In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

        - In another large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

          - Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, mixing until just combined.

            - Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

              Make the Milk Mixture:

                - In a bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Set aside.

                  Assemble the Cake:

                    - Once the cake is cooled, poke holes all over the top using a skewer or fork. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake.

                      - Allow the cake to absorb the milk in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

                        Prepare the Mango Lassi Topping:

                          - Blend together the mango puree, yogurt, milk, and honey until smooth.

                            - Once the cake has set, spread the mango lassi topping over the top of the cake.

                              Garnish and Serve:

                                - Top with whipped cream, fresh mango slices, and chocolate shavings before serving.
