1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled

1 cup sour cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

      In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

        Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

          Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the brewed espresso and sour cream until combined.

            Fold in the chocolate chips.

              Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

                Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                  Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before flipping it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
