Ingredients

1 pound of fresh strawberries (washed and thoroughly dried)

8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 ounces of white chocolate (for drizzling)

1 teaspoon of coconut oil (optional, for a smoother chocolate)

Sea salt flakes (for garnish, optional)

Colorful sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Make sure the strawberries are completely dry. Any moisture can prevent the chocolate from adhering properly.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Dip the Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, covering it at least halfway. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

Set on Baking Sheet: Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt and Drizzle White Chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same way you did the semi-sweet chocolate. Once melted, use a fork or a piping bag to drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries.

Add Sprinkles and Sea Salt: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle colorful sprinkles or a pinch of sea salt for an extra touch.

Chill: Refrigerate the dipped strawberries for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.

Serve: Once ready, arrange the strawberries on a beautiful plate or in a heart-shaped box for an adorable Valentine's Day presentation.
