Ingredients
  

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup finely ground coffee

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate protein powder, finely ground coffee, and sea salt.

    Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more almond butter or honey.

      Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

        Once combined, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands.

          Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

            Refrigerate the energy bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

              Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
