Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup beef broth

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, tortilla chips

Instructions
 

Brown the Beef: In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

    Sauté the Veggies: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is soft.

      Mix in Spices: Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot. Stir well.

          Simmer the Chili: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

            Serve: Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
