Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz. ramen noodles

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snow peas

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

3 green onions, chopped

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by boiling water in a large pot, then cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and let cool before slicing.

      In the same skillet, add sesame oil. Stir-fry the broccoli, snow peas, bell pepper, and carrot for about 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.

        Return the sliced chicken to the pan, adding teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes until heated through.

          Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet and combine all ingredients well. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
