Ingredients

1 pound of pizza dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, sealing the edges as you go.

Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the top with olive oil and the beaten egg, then sprinkle with additional garlic powder if desired.

Cut a few slits in the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve with additional ranch dressing and garnish with green onions if desired.
