Ingredients
  

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup banana, sliced

1 cup whipped topping (optional for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

    Add in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.

      Stir in the sour cream until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

        In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and banana.

          Pour the cheesecake mixture over the fruit and gently fold in until all the fruit is coated.

            Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

              Just before serving, top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
