Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

3 medium potatoes, diced

1 cup carrots, diced

1 cup celery, diced

1 cup corn (frozen or fresh)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk or cream

Optional toppings: crumbled bacon, green onions, additional cheese

Instructions
 

In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

    Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until onion is translucent.

      Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

        Add the diced potatoes, carrots, celery, corn, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

          Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

            Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and milk (or cream). Mix until cheese is melted and soup is creamy.

              Serve hot, garnishing with optional toppings as desired.
